T-Rex Brain Cast
Impression from the skull cavity of this Carnosaur of the late Cretaceous of North America. The T-Rex is considered to be a relatively smart dinosaur even though the brain is small compaired to the size of the body, its brain was much larger than other dinosaurs. The size of this dinosaurs brain is much larger than a humans, but the size of the cerebrum, which is what makes the brain think, was very small. There is evidence of the T-Rex having a keen senses of smell, sight and hearing of the highly developed predator. The brain was long and in the shape of a cylinder.
